With Etisalat Credit Transfer Service you can transfer credit from your Etisalat sim card to your Family, Friend and Loved Ones using Etisalat sim card.

How to Transfer:
  • On your mobile screen type *125*Destination number*amount# & then press ok.
  • If you want to transfer AFN 50; on your mobile screen type *125*078X XX X XXX*50# & then press ok.
  • You can transfer 20 times per day up to 200 AFN maximum. Maximum amount of a single transaction is 100 AFN

How it works:

  • Subscriber A with no balance makes a call to Subscriber B;
  • Operator rejects the call due to no balance on Subscriber A account;
  • Beep Call platform catches online this failed call attempt and generates a beep call* to Subscriber B on behalf of Subscriber A;
  • Subscriber B sees on his phone the missed call from Subscriber A and calls back Subscriber A.

If you running out of credit, Call Collect service allows you to make a Call at the called party’s expense.

How it works:

  • Notify Me Service will only work when B-party is an on-net subscriber
  • Notify Me Service will only work when A-party’s number is not black listed in B-party list.
  • In case of every missed call, Notify Me Service will check whether B-party has turned on the Privacy feature (blacklist)
  • User will not get a notification of B party’s availability if B party has added A party’s number in blacklist
  • Availability notification is delivered via SMS.
  • Whitelist features can only be utilized by Notify Me subscribers
  • Service is available for both Prepaid & Postpaid users
  • Request for availability status will expire after 72 hours if B party does not come online

How to activate:

  • To activate your voicemail service, go to the message menu of your mobile type svms & send it to 3378
  • Or, Call 888 or 0786-786786786 Etisalat Call Center to activate your voice mail service
  • After activating the voice mail service go to the divert option of your handset and divert all calls or any condition you wish (busy, no reply, switched off) to 009378303
  • To deactivate your voicemail service, go to the message menu of your mobile & type cvms & send it to 3378
