With Etisalat Credit Transfer Service you can transfer credit from your Etisalat sim card to your Family, Friend and Loved Ones using Etisalat sim card.

How to Transfer:

• On your mobile screen type *125*Destination number*amount# & then press ok.
• If you want to transfer AFN 50; on your mobile screen type *125*078X XX X XXX*50# & then press ok.
• You can transfer 20 times per day up to 200 AFN maximum. Maximum amount of a single transaction is 100 AFN

Rules: 

• You can transfer 200 AFN in 20 transactions each 10 AFN. The maximum transferable amount is 100AFN/transfer.
• Service Fee 2 AFN for the first transaction, rest of the transfers’ occurring on the same day is free.
  
  Charges: 2AFN on first transaction.

How to Transfer:

• On your mobile screen type *1010*destination number*MB# & then press ok. For instance, to transfer 100MB, on your mobile screen type *1010*078X XX X XXX*100# & then press ok.

Credit Loan Service

Etisalat Credit Loan service allows you to Get instant Loans when you are out of balance. Payback on next recharge

How it Works:

Below amounts are available for Etisalat Qualified customers to get the loan, when their balance is below 5 AFN.

An innovative call completion solution

How it works:

• Subscriber A with no balance makes a call to Subscriber B;
• Operator rejects the call due to no balance on Subscriber A account;
• Beep Call platform catches online this failed call attempt and generates a beep call* to Subscriber B on behalf of Subscriber A;
• Subscriber B sees on his phone the missed call from Subscriber A and calls back Subscriber A.

If you running out of credit, Call Collect service allows you to make a Call at the called party’s expense.

How it works:

IVR: Before dialing the number you want to make call, Dial 324 and then B Party number

USSD: Dial *324*B Party Number#

How to activate:

SMS:  Type <ON> and send it to 324

USSD: Dial *324#

Note: 1.5 AFN/minute will be service charge on the top of On-net calling rates.

For situations when you are unable to reach across because the number you are calling is either out of reach or switched off, Etisalat introduces Notify me service.

Dial 313 and let callers know, you are back on network.

How to activate:

IVR: Dial short code 313 and follow the instructions

SMS: Type <Open ACC> and as SMS to 313

USSD: Dial *313#

Terms & Conditions;

• Notify Me Service will only work when B-party is an on-net subscriber
• Notify Me Service will only work when A-party’s number is not black listed in B-party list.
• In case of every missed call, Notify Me Service will check whether B-party has turned on the Privacy feature (blacklist)
• User will not get a notification of B party’s availability if B party has added A party’s number in blacklist
• Availability notification is delivered via SMS.
• Whitelist features can only be utilized by Notify Me subscribers
• Service is available for both Prepaid & Postpaid users
• Request for availability status will expire after 72 hours if B party does not come online

Voice mail service will enable everyone who calls you to leave a message even if you are not reachable, and enables you listen to voice messages that were sent to you when you were out of reach.

How to activate:

• To activate your voicemail service, go to the message menu of your mobile type svms & send it to 3378
• Or, Call 888 or 0786-786786786 Etisalat Call Center to activate your voice mail service
• After activating the voice mail service go to the divert option of your handset and divert all calls or any condition you wish (busy, no reply, switched off) to 009378303
• To deactivate your voicemail service, go to the message menu of your mobile & type cvms & send it to 3378

How to use it:

Step 1: Sending Voice Mail:
To send a Voice Mail follow the following steps.
Dial "303+078XXXXXXX=>press ok=>Record Voice Message"=> press # key;
Press 1 to record again or press 2 to confirm the message.

Step 2: Listening to the Voice Mail
Dial 303 and follow the Voice Prompt to listen to your Voice Mail.

• Press 1 to retrieve Messages
• Press 2 to hear all Messages
• Press 3 to send a time post message
• Press 4 to delete all old messages
• Press 5 to set your mail box
• Press 0 for help

Charges:

• Dialing short code 303 for retrieving voice mail messages is free of charge
• Putting a voice mail message depends on the on-net price plan of the particular package

Remind-Me service allows you to preschedule important events not to miss and also send greeting messages on special occasions.

Our Missed Call Alert service enables you to know who called you while your phone was busy, switched off or outside the coverage area. With missed calls notification from Etisalat, you will still receive all your missed calls even if you are out of the coverage or service area or when your mobile runs out of battery. Your Etisalat mobile phone makes it easy for you to find out who called while you were unreachable.

How it works:

Activation

• To activate the service, go to the message menu of your mobile and type ( open & send it to 3378) the service will be activated automatically and the Out of reach option will be set on your phone by default and the service will be activate and within 24 hours .

Deactivation:

To deactivate the service go to massage menu type (Cancel and send it to 3378)
