How to activate:

• Dial 202
• Select your preferred language
• Enter 6 digits password & press # to confirm
• Enter 6 digits password again # press # to confirm

You will receive a confirmation message that your CRBT service is activated successfully
Or you can activate your CRBT via SMS as follows:
Go to your message menu type S<space>CRBT and send it to 3378

How to cancel the service:

• Dial 202
• Select your preferred language
• Press 6 to cancel the service
• Enter 6 digits password & press # to confirm

You will receive a confirmation message that your CRBT service is cancelled successfully.
Or you can cancel your CRBT via SMS as follows:
Go to your message menu type C<space>CRBT and send it to 3378.
To reactive the service simply dial 202, press 1 and enter your 6 digits password. Press # to confirm & enter the 6 digits password again & press # to confirm. Your CRBT service will be activated again and you will be charged the activation fee again

How to download tunes:
Download tunes from categories:

• Dial 202
• Select your preferred language
• Press 1 to download tunes by category
• Choose your favourite category
• Enter serial number of the tune, and after instructions listen to the tune
• If you want to download the tune press 3
• After system message, press 1 to confirm it as your default caller tune
• Or if you don't like to download the tune press 1 to listen to the next tune

Download tunes by code number:

• Dial 202 & select your preferred language
• Press 2 to download tunes by code number
• Enter code of the tune you wish to listen & press # to confirm
• Press 2 to download the tune and set it as your caller tune
• Press 1 to confirm it as your default caller tune
• If you want to enter another code number press 1

Gift a Caller tune:
You can spread the joy of music by gifting the tunes to your friends and family.
Gift tunes by code number:

• Dial 202
• Select your preferred language
• press 2 to download tunes by code number
• Enter code of the tune you wish to gift & press # to confirm
• press 3 to download the tune & gift it
• Enter the mobile you wish to gift the tune, & press 1 to confirm

• Press 1 to download tunes by category
• Choose your favorite category
• Enter serial number of the tune, after instructions listen to the tune
• If you like to gift it press 4 & then enter your friend mobile number & press 1 to confirm

If you are gifting a tune to an Etisalat subscriber whose CRBT service is not activated, the system will ask you if you want to activate the service for the person you are trying to gift the tune to. Press 1 and then enter the mobile number of that person, and if you press 1, the CRBT service of that person will be activated automatically and the tune will be gifted. But you will be charged for both activating the CRBT service and gifting the tune.

Customize caller tunes:

• Customize your caller tune for different numbers, You can have a different tune for your Wife/Boss/Friends etc
• You can even have a different tune for every day
• Just dial 202 & follow the instructions

Tune Catcher:
Simply press STAR (*) while calling your friends or family if you wish to copy the tune they have set as their caller tunes.
Please note: if your CRBT service is not activated and you pressed the star key to copy your friend caller tune, your CRBT service will be activated automatically you will be charged for both copying the tune & activating your CRBT service.

Suspend the service: You can also suspend your CRBT service for a certain period of time by:

• Dial 202
• Select your preferred language
• Press 5 to suspend the service
• Enter your 6 digits password & press # to confirm

You will receive a confirmation message that your CRBT service is suspended successfully.
To reactive the service simply dial 202, press 1 and enter your 6 digits password press # to confirm & enter the 6 digits password again & press # to confirm, your CRBT service will be activated again and you will not be charged for the activation.

To manage your personal album:

• Dial 202
• Select your preferred language
• Press 3 to manage your personal album
• Enter serial number of the tune you want to manage
• You can press 3 to delete the tune, press 4 to set it as your caller tune & customize the tune & press 5 to gift the caller tune

How to change your password:

• Dial 202
• Select your preferred language
• Press 4 to modify your password
• Enter your old 6 digits password & press # to confirm
• Enter the new 6 digits password & press # to confirm
• Enter the new 6 digits password again & press # to confirm

You will receive a confirmation message that your password is changed successfully.

Note:

• Dialing the short code 202 is charged AFN 5 with maximum limit of 15 minutes.
• Activation fee is just one time fee
