Missed call alert service
Our Missed Call Alert service enables you to know who called you while your phone was busy, switched off or outside the coverage area.

How to use it:
  • To activate the service, go to the message menu of your mobile type open & send it to 3378
  • After you received a confirmation message, go to your mobile's call divert menu and activate the "divert if unreachable" to 009378313
  • To unsubscribe send "cancel" to 313. Or if you want to deactivate the service, go to your mobile's call divert menu & press "cancel all diverts"
  • When you return back to the coverage area or switch on your mobile you will receive SMS notifying the missed call
