If you are busy or away or your phone is switched off, you can simply forward all incoming calls to a landline or another mobile phone in Afghanistan where someone can receive call messages on your behalf.

Call Forward/Divert (Postpaid)

If you are busy or away or your phone is switched off, you can simply forward all incoming calls to a landline or another mobile phone where someone can receive call messages on your behalf. If you forward/divert to an ON-Net number, the calling party will be charged an ON-Net rate, an the called party which has forwarded the number will be charged for an ON-Net call as well. If you forward your calls to an Off-net or International number, the calling party will be charged for a local on-net call, the called party will be charged for Off-net/International call.

Call forward is a default service free of any subscription charges. You can activate Call Divert / Forwarding by using the menu function of your phone. Scroll to call setting forwarding and activate for the following options:

• All Calls
• If Busy
• If no reply
• If not reachable/switched off

The Etisalat Call Conference Service enables you to talk with 5 callers at the same time. The charges for Call Conference will be as per outgoing call rates.

How to use it:

• To set-up a conference call, a customer has to put the current call on hold by going to the call hold option in the menu and then dial the other number.
• once the other number picks up the phone then the calling party puts the 1st number on call un-hold and the conference begins.
• In this scenario the customer is now talking to 2 people and will be charged for two calls, and then he will be billed at of outgoing calls.
• This service is applicable to all Local and International calls.

It's a basic supplementary service given along with the connection so, now there is no chance of missing an important call while you are on the phone!

If you are online with party B and party C calls you
You will get to know that C is calling (C waiting will be shown on screen) and you will get a chance to swap your calls
In case you don't accept the call from C and after the call with B is over, you will get a missed call from C whom you can call later.
While dialing your number, C will not get you as busy.

Call Barring enables you to restrict or bar certain or all types of calls to and from your mobile phone i.e. outgoing calls, outgoing international calls, and incoming calls. Call Barring is activated with a personal code.
