Job Summary:
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Over all in charge of Security in his area of responsibility,
Report all security related issues with proper recommendation to Security Director in the daily operations,
Conduct security assessment and evaluation of the sites in his area of responsibility,
Improvement of site security through mutual understating and good contact with the local elders where EA sites located,
Prepare evacuation plans and regional briefing ETA staff visiting his AOR and establish warden system for regional office.
Liaises and coordinates with the local government and international security organizations to get information and analyses.
Supervise regional site security supervisor and resolve all site security related issue in his area,
Conduct security assessment of the office compound, MSC and all sites of EA to make sure they are compliance with minimum security standard of EA.
Assist country security manager in setting up and the efficient operations of the Emergency Communication equipment.
Translate document from local languages into English language and vise versa.
Conduction investigation of the theft vehicle accident and / or any other incident that involved EA property and personnel and staff
Draft daily and weekly security situation report and security analyses from the prevailing security situation,
Performs all other duties us may be directed by the head office.
Qualification & Key Competencies Requirements:
At least 4 years of work experience in with International organizations , NGOs or western Embassies is required. High School Graduation
Fluency in spoken and written Dari, Pashto and English
Computer knowledge of MS-Word/Excel/Power point
