Job Summary:
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE POST:
We don’t have any Maintenance engineer in provinces (field Engineers) in case of any fault in the network Transmission equipments or sites they should able to recover it ASAP.
Should be responsible for restoring the network ASAP with proper approach to the problems.
PDH network optimization in terms of frequency and capacity.
Ensure transmission network quality.
Coordinate with lease line providers for leased line.
Provide solution for service affected Microwave links.
Undertake Microwave link path engineering
Promoting quality achievement and performance improvement across the organization.
Create and follow up frequency plan consistency in the Microwave network
Create a proper database of transmission network to restore the problems ASAP.
Setup site design and validate site preparation files.
Organize the work and share the load
Perform preventative maintenance of all Transmission equipments in the network.
Travel all over of Afghanistan especially in the south
