Job Summary:
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE POST:
Manage and monitor the performance of outlets within his defined area of responsibility to optimize sales and customer satisfaction
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Plan his/her team’s work in order to achieve assigned sales targets.
Maintain company’s image and increase customers’ satisfaction.
Handle outlets administrative work.
Monitor his/her team’s performance.
Reports to direct supervisor all practices and operations suggesting solutions for existing problems.
Coach his/her team members acting as a role model.
Perform regular visits to all assigned locations to maintain quality & explore opportunities for improvement.
Qualification & Key Competencies Requirements:
EDUCATION:
University degree (Bachelor degree).
Experience:
1-3 years of experience in the related field.
Skills and Abilities:
Language requirements: English, Dari & Pashto
Very good computer skills
Strong communication skills
Strong people and resources management skills
Flexible with ability to manage stress & pressure
Creative and decision maker
