Mr.Owais Qureshi has joined Etisalat Afghanistan effective December, 2008 as Business Studies Instructor. At this position he will be taking care of Sales, Marketing, Human Resources and Management Training Programs for Etisalat Staff and External Customers.

Prior to this assignment, he was a Professor in Management conducting Executive Development programs for Industry and Commerce besides teaching M.B.A. and M.C.A.Students. Mr. Qureshi is an M.B.A. major in Marketing Management and second major in Human Resources Management from a reputed business school.

Mr. Qureshi is having twenty plus years of rich and varied experience in Sales, Marketing, Managerial and Training Functions.  He has worked for the esteemed companies like Xerox, Pertech Computers Limited, and Fedders Lloyd.  He has been posted in Saudi Arabia, U.A.E.and India during his tenure with Xerox. Mr. Qureshi is having versatile experience in multinational companies and specialization in conducting training and development of human resources.

Mr. Qureshi was adjudged best Sales Professional of the year – 1994 and the award was conferred upon him in Saudi Arabia. He was also awarded the Best Sales Manager during 1999 in the United Arab Emirates. All these awards were based on achieving and exceeding the Sales Targets in Multinational Companies.

Mr. Qureshi underwent train the trainer training programs at Barcelona, Spain and United Kingdom besides at his home country.
