ICIT Institute which belong to the ministry of Telecommunication and Information provide the opportunity for those 12 graduated youth generation who wants to have specialization in IT as well as in Telecommunication.
The Graduation Party which was held in Kabul by ICIT Faculty and Ministry of Telecommunication sponsored by Etisalat.
Minister of Telecommunication participated in the ceremony and he thanked Etisalat for sponsoring the event.
This was 40th year of graduation party.
