If you are busy or away or your phone is switched off, you can simply forward all incoming calls to a landline or another mobile phone in Afghanistan where someone can receive call messages on your behalf.

Usage

You can activate Call Divert / Forwarding by using the menu function of your phone. Scroll to call setting forwarding and activate for the following options:

All Calls
If Busy
If no reply
If not reachable/switched off

Call Forward/Divert (Postpaid)

If you are busy or away or your phone is switched off, you can simply forward all incoming calls to a landline or another mobile phone where someone can receive call messages on your behalf. In the case where customer forwards/diverts to an ON-Net number, the calling party will be charged an ON-Net rate, the called party which has forwarded the number will be charged for an ON-Net call as well. When a customer has forwarded his number to an Off-net or International number, the calling party will be charged for a local on-net call, the called party will be charged for Off-net/International call.

Usage

Call forward is a default service free of any subscription charges. You can activate Call Divert / Forwarding by using the menu function of your phone. Scroll to call setting forwarding and activate for the following options:

All Calls
If Busy
If no reply
If not reachable/switched off
