Prepaid Enterprise Application Process

Applying for Prepaid Enterprise Line connection is simple, corporate customers can call Etisalat Corporate Sales Agents or visit Etisalat Flagship and fill up the Application Forms. Upon registration together with the application form you need to submit the original company's documents and each copy needs to be attached to the Application form.

Document required for Corporate Customers:

1. Company Request Letter with the amount of sim cards required
2. Company Guarantee Letter
3. Trade License Copy
4. Authorization Letter for the contact person who will be handling sim cards within the account
5. Authorized Person ID or passport Copy. (Valid Visa in case of Passport)
6. Authorized person personal Photo

Customer then will have to sign the Subscriber's Agreements Form and the legal contract for having the services ready for them.

Enterprise Prepaid Customer Care and After Sales Service
