If discouted rates is insufficent and your corporate entity needs an extensive comunications, Etisalat provide CUG Unlimited calls between all members. Postpaid Application Process

Applying for Postpaid Line connection is simple, corporate customers or even Individual customer like yourself can call Etisalat Corporate Sales Agents or visit Etisalat Flagship and fill up the Application Forms. Upon registration together with the application form you need to submit the original documentations and each copy needs to be attached to the Application form.

Document required for Individual Customers:

  1. Tazkira or passport Copy. (Valid Visa in case of Foreigner)
  2. Personal Photo

Document required for Corporate Customers:

  1. Company Request Letter with the amount of sim cards required
  2. Company Guarantee Letter
  3. Trade License Copy
  4. Authorization Letter for the contact person who will be handling sim cards within the account
  5. Authorized Person ID or passport Copy. (Valid Visa in case of Passport)
  6. Authorized person personal Photo

Customer then will have to sign the Subscriber's Agreements Form and the legal contract for having the services ready for them.

Postpaid Customer Care and After Sales Service

This Service is another way to facilitate & proceed with requests directly over the phone if email address is not available. You can call to proceed with requests of adding/deleting/modifying any services except itemized, detailed bills, CUG, termination and reinstatement.

Postpaid Billing Payment

Billing payment can be paid via multiple channel which ever provide the most convenience ways. Payment options are as follows:

  • Paying through Etisalat Flagships
  • Paying through Etisalat scratch cards

Paying customer billing through recharge mechanism is one of our latest innovation. If you missed paying the bill on time or have reach credit limits, you may continue using your mobile service by topping up your mobile number.
Recharging can be done via regular Scratch Cards or could be done by ezetop
1- Scratch Cards
There are several ways to recharge your account by using Scratch Cards Key in 404 and type Scratch Card PIN (15 Digits Number).
Then press the SEND Key Type *124*Scratch Card PIN. Then press the SEND Key Dial 555 and follow the instructions
Note: Please do not remove the coating on the pin number with a sharp object. Scratch it gently with your fingers or an object without sharp edges

2- Eztop:
You can recharge your own accounts or any other Etisalat customer accounts by any of the following methods:

  2. Select the ezetop link www.ezetop.com
