Graduate Trainee Program
Etisalat Afghanistan holds steadfast to its long-standing commitment to develop Afghan nationals. Am array of initiatives have been put in place in this regard, the most recent demonstration is the Manpower Partnership Agreement signed by Etisalat with the Ministry of Labor, Government of Afghanistan. As part of its implementation, 60 Graduate Trainees (GTs) have joined Etisalat Afghanistan on May 1st. The Senior Management welcomed the new recruits in an auspicious manner. These GTs shall undergo a rigorous induction program that comprises of three modules. The first module, acquainting them with Etisalat's institutional knowledge, has already been kicked off. For the second, they are receiving On-The-Job-learning assignments. And for the third module they shall receive specialized training from expert trainers coming from the Etisalat Academy UAE and shall also be sent to Dubai for more advanced learning opportunities throughout their GT program. On this occasion, CEO Etisalat Mr. Ahmed Alhosany has reiterated his resolve of spearheading the development of Afghanistan as the corner stone of his strategic priorities. He further said that on boarding and orientation of these GTs is a manifestation of this resolve and vowed to take further steps towards development of Afghanistan. He announced the joining of the GTs as the keynote of his address, which is also one of the primary objectives of the Etisalat. He has also pledged to usher in more development opportunities for the local Afghans to let them brace the future role of leadership in a more befitting manner.
Internship Program At Etisalat Afghanistan, we offer internships to students and young professionals that provide the experience of working in an international telecommunications organization in order gain valuable knowledge and insight.
