Succession Development Program At Etisalat Afghanistan, we have developed a comprehensive succession development program with a key focus on developing future leaders from within our workforce of Afghan nationals. We have developed and implemented a comprehensive training program in collaboration with the Etisalat Academy UAE This program spans 15 months and cover the training and development of more than 400 of our employees, particularly those with the potential to become successors.
We have developed and recently implemented the highly innovative charter of our learning program. It is the complete mechanism for the perfect "70-20-10" development which comprises of 70% on-the-job coaching, 20% mentoring and 10% classroom based training. This is one of the many tools we have developed and are implementing for the complete development of our team members.
Global HiPo Program Every quarter, the Etisalat Group selects HiPos from across the network. These HiPos are developed through a personalized, intensive one year development program that includes trainings, mentoring and international assignments. This puts them on the fast track to leadership roles.
